And I tell people, you know, I'm inclusive, inclusive of everyone.

Michael is a new friend of mine lives in the Bronx. he took on the Spartan Sprint, the Super, the Beast, and then he decided he was going to use what he'd learned from endurance to make a difference in his community. He mentioned that the Bronx had one of the lowest health ratings in the United States, you know, that this was not a healthy community and he
