Lana, and today's episode is all about my early as fuck morning routine, my 5am morning routine,

or sometimes it's honestly 4.30 a.m. And I feel like I finally have got it downpack. I finally know what

works, what doesn't, what makes it easier, what makes it harder. And I know you guys are always asking

me when I'm posting my 4 a.m. 5 a.m. morning routine little reels and TikToks, how the hell do you do that, Alana? And I know my friends

always ask me. So I thought, why don't I create a little episode for you guys? And you can apply

this even if you're not planning on waking up at 5 a.m. because it's really not for the faint of heart.

It's not for everyone. And these are kind of still the same things that I

apply even when I wake up at 6am, 7 a.m., 8 a.m., whatever it is. But truly, it has gotten easier

over the past few months, so I thought I'd share how I have mastered it. And waking up earlier

makes me feel more productive. I feel ahead of the world. I feel more grounded, more calm,

more present. And I feel like it really just helps set the tone for the rest of my day. So we'll get

into that. But let's start off with my current faves. I'm currently obsessed with my pinky ring.

I lost it for a week, you guys. It fell off. I learned when I was doing my

laundry. I found it a week later in, I have like a front loading washer, and it was literally sitting in

like the rubber fold thing propped perfectly up, diamond up top. And I'm just like, oh, it's like my

washer is proposing to me yeah I knew it was

somewhere in my apartment I just didn't know where I'm not the type of person to lose things

I do think I need to get it resize though because she's a little loose and it literally flew off

my finger this morning so I think I need to get it taken down half a size at least.

So we got to do that. I've been using the new Jassu shampoo and conditioner and I absolutely love it.
