Peter has just been offered his first job, working for Mr. Martinelli at the bike shop on weekends. Mike advises him to be prompt, hard working and loyal. Although very excited, Peter fails to pick up on Mr. Martinelli's hints to get the job done quicker. The family throws Peter a surprise "promotion" party, despite the fact that he has just been fired.
