| 1:19.1 | Oh, well, first, thank you for that very generous feedback. So my area of research is around |
| 1:24.0 | human resiliency. So I've been really curious. I've been teaching and doing research |
| 1:27.6 | almost 20 years now on that area. And one of the kind of through lines, Paula, that just kept |
| 1:33.0 | coming to the surface was that persons who were able to like work with their stress systems, |
| 1:38.6 | like people who had strategies to work with their stress system, they were so better positioned to be able to manage life |
| 1:46.9 | when things went off the rails or when stressors became really apparent. And so as I was doing |
| 1:52.8 | this work on resiliency, I just really felt that calling to be able to say, hey, we got to shine |
