What's growing on everyone? Welcome back to the epic gardening show. My name's Kevin as always. I am an urban gardener. I am just like you guys and today I am sharing a little tale, a little tale of harvesting, washing, drying green.

Sounds really boring and in some ways I guess you might say that it is boring,

but let's think about it from another angle you've spent time right we spend

time we spend effort we put love into our gardens and then when it comes time to harvest sometimes

we don't really know what to do and when it comes to

greens greens are an exceptionally fragile plant that really without proper

storage without proper harvesting technique you can sort of waste a crop and that's not what you want,

especially when you've put that much time into them. And if you're a commercial grower or a market

gardener, that's lost money, right?

If you're a normal home gardener, like I am,

that's just frustrating.

And having been both in the past,

I used to grow and sell micro-greens commercially

San Diego I really had to learn the best way to harvest, wash, and dry

greens. Now I'm going to put one caveat out there and before I do this entire episode actually
