Today what I'm going to be talking about is holding on to anger.

I'm also going to talk about anger because suffering can also manifest in other ways such as anger.

Like I said this one's similar to the last one but I'm going to take it one step further.

And some people have had something done to them that they don't like where they screwed up or they screwed someone over or something happened to them.

And they are angry about it.

Somebody at some point in your life has screwed you over.

There's a pretty good chance.
