You're going to want to listen to this episode.
I speak with Inner Circle Member, Jason, who is a 47 year old husband, father, and former Marine who is now in the best shape of his life and has the best relationship with food he's ever had. Jason actually lost 100lbs in order to join The Marines but perpetually gained and lost weight for years thereafter, and only recently has he really figured out how to improve his strength, health and body composition while enjoying the process and without it taking over his entire life. We also talk about how Jason can make fitness more fun and approachable for his son near the end of the episode. And the pain specialist Jason mentions within the podcast is Dr. Scott Griffith, Anesthesiologist and Pain Medicine Specialist at Walter Reed Medical Center.
I hope you enjoy the episode and, if you do, please leave a review on iTunes (huge thank you to everyone who has written one so far).
Finally, if you've been thinking about joining The Inner Circle but haven't yet...we have hundreds of home and bodyweight workouts for you and you can get them all here: www.sfinnercircle.com.
