I don't think we put as much gas in that car of being gobsmacked by God, of the, oh, wow, I want to be odd.

I want to wonder if God was perfectly knowable to humans, he would not be a very big God.

And so the older I've gotten, the more comfortable I am with the questions about God.

Y'all know we're in this series called No Wasted Words, so this whole year has been kind

of jumping all the way through the Bible from Genesis.

We're going to Revelation, but doing it kind of in our back porch theology

atypical fashion. We're kind of jumping from redemptive lily pad to redemptive lily pad and

showing really the cohesiveness of this divine love letter we call the Bible. But Brooke and I,

12 years ago, 15 years ago, we met in Australia, and I fell hard.

And I just loved her personality.

Before I even heard her sing, and there's probably three of you who've never heard one of Brooke's songs because you have been raised in a barn.

Because if you go to church, you probably every Sunday sing a Brooke Lidgetwood song.

And I want to emphasize, it's pronounced Lidgertwood, because I hear everybody in their

mama, like you married the most amazing man with a bad name.

With a Sizzatuff. Everybody says Liger-Witt because you were Frasier. Well, this is a tough.

Everybody says Ligeret, because you were Frazier.
