imagining all the ways you could have done better. Well, I recently had a kind of embarrassing

experience like this and it made me feel a little crazy and then it sent me down a rabbit

hole to understand what was happening to me. And I want to

tell you about it because what I found was pretty helpful. And maybe the next time you are

I released a book in September. It's called Build for Tomorrow, just like this podcast.

And as part of promoting the book, I asked every big podcaster I know if they would have me on their show.
