Today's scripture offers us a wiser way of being human as we step into the day.

You found yourself saying yes again.

You didn't want to, but you did.

And now maybe you're replaying the conversation, not because of what you said, but because of what

you didn't say. That thing that you swallowed, the boundary you felt and wanted to say, but didn't.

And underneath all that inner turmoil is this quiet ache, I don't even know what I actually

want anymore. If you've ever felt that, this one is for you.

Today's scripture is Galatians 110. Am I now trying to win the approval of human beings or of God?
