little bit of a hodgepodge just a very casual very fun almost like those

voice memos that was doing earlier I hope the audio is doing as well as it can I still

don't have the pop filter so I'm using literally tights on top of my microphone to hopefully

kind of muffle the high points of the sound on the microphone as I share with you guys but

hopefully it sounds as good as we can until I can get a pop filter. One thing I want to start with is just to say,

We've had a really nice little start to it there are already 685 members as of the time of me

recording this podcast which is what Monday morning here in Lisbon so yes

685 members already in here I've even seen some men or at least man that's popped up in the feed because I'm following all of the groups.

So that is cool too.
