Hi guys welcome back to thick and thin with me Katie Bilotti this episode is a little

0:18.9

bit on the later side if you listen to it on the day it's released. And that is because we had a little emergency this morning,

0:27.2

a little trip to the hardware store

0:29.6

because one of my roommates, Hannah,

0:32.2

her bed, needed some repairs.

0:35.0

Essentially, she bought this kind of like vintage farmhouse style bed on Facebook

0:40.4

Marketplace and it was super promising promising great for the first couple of

0:45.2

months of use and then it just broke so we had to go to the hardware store

0:51.4

place that I didn't think I would be going to anytime soon, went there and had to get some supplies, plywood, things like that to fix her bed because we're not going to get someone to come in to do it. We are doing it ourselves. We got a large

1:06.1

piece of plywood, we fixed up the bed. In the meantime of doing that though, like what

1:11.2

happened in the middle, The transport was quite interesting because

1:14.7

we had to get this large kind of queen-sized bed-sized piece of plywood into our car, which our only

1:22.3

car that we have is a little white convertible.

1:26.0

Okay, so we had to put this huge piece of plywood in the back of the convertible

1:31.0

and transport it five minutes down the road, luckily five minutes, but still we had

1:36.1

to transport it in the car and we got it finally back here to our house, put it in the bed,

1:40.9

everything's fixed.

1:42.0

I look at my phone after we're done with the whole ordeal and I

1:45.2

realized that it's like 12 o'clock noon and I was supposed to podcast this morning. So, you know, things

1:51.7

just progress, things happened. I stepped in to help save the day and,

1:56.7

lo and behold, it means that I was a little late with today's episode. But, you know, it's going to be a good one.

2:00.8

Nonetheless, I have a lot of great stuff I want to share with you guys today.
