Y'all, I wrote a book, like an actual book that you can read and hold and underline and

tear pages out of and share with your friends.

And it's coming out on May 14th.

I cannot wait.

This book is called Own Your Everyday, Overcome the Pressure to Prove and Show Up for

What You Are Me To Do.

Because I feel like so often we get tripped up by the pressure to prove ourselves and

we feel like we have to figure out this big grand purpose in all of our dreams by a certain

milestone in our life or we've completely missed it.

And my challenge is instead to maybe instead of trying to chase all the extraordinary things,

start with the simple everyday things.

You really can't do the extraordinary things until you really learn to master the small,

the not so cool, the everyday things.

This book is meant to be a resource for the girl who is chasing after something more,

even if you're not entirely sure what that's something more is.

And it was also trying to find purpose and contentment where she is with what she has.

It's been named a top nine book to read to be a better person in 2019 by Ink Magazine.

And I almost beat my pants when I found that out.

Casual, right?

It's also been called The Girlfriends Guide to a Purpose-driven Life by Professionals in the

Publishing World.
