Well, I'm in my bat cave, as they call it.

I've got a facility down here at the Napa airport that we run our operation out of.

My myself and my business partner, Chris, and you know we are a

essential business according to the state of California because we do provide housing.

Oh, okay. Yeah, so I've got you know we can jump right into it, but folks probably know I have I manage Airbnb's I own Airbnb's we manage

them for other people etc so we have a management business that does that and

we had a just an unbelievable amount of cancelations but one of the things

that we're doing is we move to a seven and 30 day

rental model so we do seven day blocks and we're getting a bunch of health care workers

coming into Napa and people providing like disaster relief services that

are leasing up our properties.

Right.

So it's an interesting place to be because we're currently running about, I don't know, what would you say, Chris,

is behind the screen here, but we're like 65, 70%

below market, right, for normal rates?
