You don't need more motivation. You need more meaning. Let me say this again. You don't mean more motivation. You need more meaning. Because when we're motivated on the wrong things, it will eventually become meaningless when we accomplish them. Motivation is for those who want success.

Discipline is for those who want meaning.

Man, I used to be motivated on so many of the wrong things.

And it didn't mean I had bad intentions for everything. I was just motivated to make money.

I was motivated to get in a relationship.

But it was more so out of fear.

It wasn't out of purpose.

And there's a difference.

And I had both of those things.

I had money and had relationships out of fear and they were never fulfilling.

It wasn't fulfilling until I found meaning in service. How can I be in service in my relationship?

How can I be in service around my business so that it is more fulfilling and rewarding rather than

having the accomplishment? Because real discipline emerges when you attach yourself to a meaningful mission

beyond your ego when you focus on service to others.
