today we're going to talk about how to not be hurt by other people's opinions and other

people's words even if they are directed directly at you.

And the reason why I want to talk about this is because I get this message a lot on Instagram

and I got this message literally last week from somebody and he was talking about how

how do I deal with somebody that says something really negative to me and it hurts me really

bad.
