But we know that anger is very present in a lot of marriages, a lot of relationships. You don't even

have to be married to have anger. Right.

So help us understand maybe a little bit more about what anger is to start with.

And maybe they know what that emotion is, but maybe help us to maybe, I think that would probably

a good place to start. What is anger? And what do we do with it?

Cool. So I like to define it in two different ways. We've got the regular normal human emotion that we have of anger. And then there's destructive anger. Right? So, and many times we don't see a difference, especially if we haven't really stopped to think about it or we're questioning why we're angry,

but we don't know how to deal with it or control it, right?

So normal anger is that feeling of frustration, right?
