Getting yourself to do something when you

to make it as easy as possible to work as hard as possible. The best way to hack your way to productivity is

through elimination. And the best thing to eliminate are the things and the people that you say yes to

goals. In order to know what we need to eliminate, we need to understand what type of work

is most important that we do. And in fact, what type of worker are you? There are three types of workers.
