And to end the show today, we now turn to New Year's resolutions. They're notoriously

hard to keep. In fact, only one in three, only one in ten Americans, excuse me, reported making

at least one resolution in 2024. And interestingly, younger people are more likely to participate.

Nearly half of adults, ages 18 to 29, made at least one

resolution this year, according to Pew. Joining us now is Columbia Business School Professor Adam

Galinsky. He's got a couple of tips for staying inspired and reaching your goals in 2025.

His new book comes out next month. It's titled, Inspire, the Universal Path for Leading
