Now I wanted to take a moment and answer one of the most common questions I get asked a lot.

And it's this, how do you stay so positive and motivated? Well, I'm sure you've heard the famous

Zig Ziglar quote that said people often say that motivation doesn't last.

Well, neither does bathing. That's why we recommend it daily. Well, I want to do my best to answer this

question in a quick but meaningful way. So my first response to this question, how do you stay

positive and how do you stay motivated is this I don't but number

one I have a routine that's non-negotiable in other words I establish daily

habits that I stick with no matter how unmotivated I feel you know when I

decided in 2002 that I would practice five things every day, I've never looked back.

Those habits have catapulted my life out of a rut and into a routine that enabled me to

surpass my wildest dreams.

So why would I ever stop those habits?

And yes, there are tons of times I don't wanna do them.

But see, it's the person who isn't inspired,

but does it anyway, that succeeds.
