Well, we have a thriver out there, a great person

who reached out to us to tell us or to ask us about an alarming statement that their banker recently made to them.

Their banker said to them that it is illegal for them to not have separate bank accounts set up for each

of the construction projects that they do. And they had no idea that they needed to do this.

And so, one, that does not feel good when you find out

you might be breaking the law when you didn't intend to.

So today we're talking about how to stay out of the big house
