You know, you don't have to have it all together to have a podcast. You just got to have some decent content.

And I think I've got some decent content today. We're going to talk about Facebook jail.

And why people get in it, how you can stay out of it, what you need to know.

And, and gosh, Facebook jail distinct. By the way, I was in Facebook jail a couple of years ago, over like a Christmas break.

And I remember thinking, what are it that I do? What did I do? I'm such a rule follower. Where's my fellow rule followers that like by nature. I'm a complete rule follower.

And so, you know, I knew that I didn't do anything on purpose to violate the terms of service with Facebook. And I also know how like vulnerable I felt.

You know, thinking, gosh, I've spent years and years and years building this thing.

You know, probably hundreds of thousands of dollars on Facebook ads over the course of the last seven years, building the same.

It just all up just to have it gone like in a nanosecond. It was, it was scary. And then thinking, okay, is it ever going to come back?

Am I going to have to build a new one? And then, you know, just like trying to work that out and having no correspondence from Facebook other than you messed up.

I mean, that's not what they said, but I'm paraphrasing.

And so it was scary. And, and so I learned some lessons.

You know, in addition, when I, my inner circle, where we talk about social media all the time, you know, I've had, what did we figure out the other day over 8,000 people come through there in the last five years.

And, you know, more than a handful of them have been in Facebook jail. So we've learned some things about Facebook jail that I want to share with you so that you don't find yourself in it.
