Too many people hesitate in beginning because they can't comprehend the entire journey.

and they'll say, I have this dream. And I look at them and I ask them this question now. I'm

asking this question all the time because there are all kind of people have dreams. I'll say,

what is the daily thing that you do that's getting you closer to your dream?

In other words, I've got this dream. I want to have this or I want to be this by a certain agent.

I've got this on my refrigerator, whatever's I got this dream. I ask them, let me ask you a question.

What's the daily thing that you do today that's going to get you closer to that dream tomorrow?

Because what I have found is that it's not the dream that makes it for us. It's the process.
