YouTube celebrity he is yeah it's kind of exciting it's kind of neat he reached

out to us right yeah he did he reached out to us you know he's a young 24 year old

kid he has some money he wants to learn how to invest in real estate.

Smart, smart, smart. So I don't know if you guys know, but we have a lot of young folks that

are making money in crypto, on Instagram, on YouTube, and they're actually trying to figure out

what to do with it. It's the same way Mike Dillard started. I don't know if you guys know,

but Mike Dillard started the exact same way. That you guys know, but Mike Dillard started the exact

same way. That's how we met? Well, and like how interesting is it? How smart is it as a 24-year-old

to not run out and buy a whole bunch of expensive stuff? And instead, think about, think about

what to do with your money. It takes discipline. And it's, it's exciting. I can't wait to have them on to find out about his journey

when you know what else I love is him and his girlfriend to Faf they have the

YouTube channel together and you know they said he said that they take a bath at

night and instead of listening to music they decided to put on like learning

podcast and ours is one of them so nice that was pretty cool yeah they do it together

and by the way guys that is a big big piece of being in a good relationship as you you want to

study together the the best that you can but i what i think's really nice is by the way uh you guys
