then I've met a lot of those people too who had very good W-2 jobs making 200,000 plus a year,

and they quit so they could go do this and flip and wholesale because they knew they could

replace their income so easily and be in control of their time, their business, how much

they wanted to scale, everything else.

That is the first part of all of this. Okay, so how do you find good deals?

Well, stage one is just getting good at sales and marketing. That's it. Sales. good deals.

and marketing are how you find good deals.

Marketing is getting in front of those sellers, then sales is learning how to negotiate good deals and

structure deals, right?

So that's the big key.

Once you get good to finding deals, yeah, you can flip them, you can wholesale them, or you can choose to keep them as

rentals down the road once you start making all this money it's like hey you know

what I'm gonna start keeping one out of three deals one out of five

deals whatever it is for you.
