I've become a really wonderful coach. The hours I've put into coaching people is a big part of that,

but a huge part of that came from the decisions I made in my life before I became a coach.

Every time I quit a job that was really safe for me, right? Every time I negotiated my pay,

every time I had a tough conversation with my spouse, right? Like,

those are the things that really build up skill in terms of like these life skills that help me

as a coach. So first, I want you to recognize whatever type of coaching you're interested in doing.

Like your number one job is to start

building massive belief in yourself and the skills that you have. Because if you go out there and you

try to help people and it's okay if you're not 100% sure, but if you are going out there trying

to sell something that doesn't feel 100% authentic to you that you can't

even get behind yourself, it's going to be a very, very uncomfortable road. And I don't want

you to go through that road. And it doesn't have to be like that. You're listening to
