So today's mini- Podcast is about how you can spot plastic surgery.

So I don't know about you, but when I watch award shows, I'm always looking to see if I can see those telltale signs of whether a presenter or a

performer may have had some work done. So today what we're going to do on this mini

podcast episode is give you the tips and the tools that you need to be a

plastic surgery detective. How do you spot plastic surgery on celebrities on

TV? How do you spot plastic surgery maybe on people that you see on the street

and even how you can spot it in your friends?

So let's start with some of the more obvious ones, a facelift.

Okay, a hottiest spot if somebody has had a facelift,

and this is probably the most common thing that I look for

when I watch these award shows.

And so, for example, many years ago,

I remember seeing Smoky Robinson on a TV award show and he looks

so youthful that he has had to have had a facelift.

I mean, I have not operated on him, obviously, or anything like that, but I was looking closely at that screen and I swear I could see the scars of a facelift. So, where are these scars and how do you spot it? The scars of the facelift, they curve around the ears and the place to spot it most easily is in front of the ear. So the scar itself, it kind of curves in front of the ear.

Sometimes it'll go inside the tragus, which is the cartilage

that's at the front of your ear canal. other times it will actually go in front of that, especially in men.

And then there should be a scar that goes right in front of the ear lobe.

Now, some people, if the face lift has been done a long time ago that scar can fade so much that you might not be able to spot it.
