Summary

This week on the podcast, John continues his lesson on problem-solving. Last week, John shared some observations about the nature of problems, and this week he's going to dive into how to solve problems. John teaches seven R's that will help remind you how to solve problems when they inevitably come your way.

In the application portion of the episode, Mark Cole and Jason Brooks discuss how hope can bond the optimist and the realist when it comes to problem-solving despite the tensions that often arise between both personality types. They discuss how hope can benefit our attitude, how to get yourself and your team to refocus in the midst of problems, and how your core values act as a constant guide in the midst of problems.

Our BONUS resource for this series is the How to Solve Problems Worksheet, which includes fill-in-the-blank notes from John's teaching. You can download the worksheet by visiting MaxwellPodcast.com/Solve and clicking "Download the Bonus Resource."
