1:12.3	And I'm going to warn you in advance that my goal in this episode is honestly to talk slow, to move slow, because the title of today's episode is, how do you
1:19.4	slow down your life? I recently read a book called The Ruthless Elimination of Hurry,
1:24.8	and I can confidently say that it changed my life. Like mentally, I'm just viewing the
1:28.8	world in a very different way at a very different pace than I once did. And by once did, I mean like a
1:35.3	month ago. I also finished this book about two weeks ago now. And I already think that I need to read it
1:40.6	again to properly reapply all of these practices to my life. So I'm hoping that
1:46.1	recording this episode is a really good refresher for me. You might be listening to this episode and
1:51.7	thinking, like, well, my life isn't hurried, so I don't need to slow it down. First things,
