0:39.5	But like so many people, she doesn't always see her attributes, right?
0:44.4	She's definitely looking at other people with rose colored glasses.
0:49.6	But she typically takes those rose colored glasses off when she looks at herself.
0:54.4	Uh, who can identify with that, right?
0:56.3	Happens to a lot of us. And that's why I do believe in coaching,
0:59.7	you know, whether it's for you have workout goals and you hire a trainer or you want your
1:04.7	business to grow and you hire a consultant or an executive coach or you want to be a better
1:10.0	presenter and you hire someone to coach on speaking, whatever it is, right?
1:14.0	When you invest in yourself, you're making that commitment to yourself,
1:18.0	you're telling the universe, I'm worth it, you know, I'm worth more.
