I put out a video the other day about cultural sense, but I titled it, something about the

oh, it would have blown up. A lot of times in these spiritual circles, we'll talk about don't

watch the news and how the news is meant to make us afraid.

Yet at the same time, we don't want to bury our heads in the sand and be ignorant of what's

going on, especially because we live around other people. And we start to sort of tow the line

between being informed, having an opinion, and doing what's called spiritual bypassing, which is just kind of dismissing the things that are happening in the news as, you know, just people out there making a ruckus and blah, blah, blah, blah.

And that's really a statement from someone who's not personally affected

by what we're seeing in the news, because there are a lot of people who are being affected by it.

Let's be honest. And so I don't talk a lot about politics in my social media content, but I'm very informed. I keep up with a lot. I actually

read the news. I would say probably more than most spiritual people. But at the same time,

we live in an age now, especially with AI, especially with clickbait, where you have to have a healthy

sense of bias around whatever it is that we do see in the news and understand that the first
