Here's a perspective shift that can revive your inner power: When we're born into nurturing, loving, and supportive environments, our inner voice speaks to us loudly and clearly. It guides us towards our authentic path. However, external influences such as parents, teachers, and societal norms can inadvertently lead us away from our inner voice.

They may discourage us, label our inner voice as childish or unrealistic, and we start to tune it out. The more we ignore it, the quieter it becomes until, at times, we can't hear it at all.

This disconnect from our inner voice leads us down a path of people-pleasing, where our actions are primarily driven by the desire to make others comfortable or gain their approval. But your inner voice is your true guidance system, and without it, you're lost.

Cultivating a positive mindset is key in this journey because it enables you to shift your perspective. It empowers you to examine your life and realize that many choices are based on external expectations and norms. Living life as a calculated series of actions to meet others' standards leaves you feeling empty, regardless of external accomplishments.

External factors, such as money or appearances, can impact your life, but they can't outweigh your perspective on your current situation. You always have the power to change your perspective because, as you change how you see, you change what you receive.

The external world is a mix of chaos, challenges, love, and growth opportunities. When difficulties arise, elevate your perspective; when blessings come your way, elevate your mood further. As you raise your perspective, you can reflect on your life and recognize that much of it is based on societal norms, parental expectations, or peer pressure. It's like living a role in a play.

When you start honoring your inner voice in the present, it begins to speak up more frequently. It guides you toward your true purpose. Establishing boundaries becomes essential, as not everyone will understand your journey. Some may resist your changes, fearing the loss of the version of you they've grown accustomed to. Loving them through this transformation is a profound act of self-care.

Remember, you cannot control others' feelings or their willingness to grow. Your power lies in controlling your inner state. So, go within, listen to your inner voice, honor it, and set boundaries. It's not about disliking people; it's about having nothing left to give because you haven't filled up your cup.

This is how you become the rising tide that lifts all ships.

our vibration lift our perspective and build that positive mindset my name is Henry, and I'm so thankful to have each and every one of you here today because in this episode, we're going to talk about something that you need to know if you want that positive energy. If you want to live a life that you love, that's fulfilling, that inspires you, then this is going to be the episode for you because

moments to slow down, zero in. We're going to take some deep healing, meditative breaths to help

us align on the frequency that we want in our lives. So pick a word. We love, joy, happiness, abundance, whatever frequency you want,

and we're taking a deep breath in. And as you're breathing in, you're going to say that word

over and over and over again, really charge yourself up with that energy. And then as you're

holding your breath, visualize yourself doing something in that frequency. And once you exhale,

anything that no longer resonates with you will leave you and you'll be in a more positive state.

This one's about alignment, about getting ourselves in receiving modes so that we can receive the message that we need to hear to get us in that positive state.
