Glad to be here. And before we dive in, why don't you tell our listeners a little bit more about who you are

and what you do? As you mentioned, I work with women entrepreneurs, small business owners, helping them

with a money mindset, manifestation, as well as understanding the financial pieces of their

business.

So a lot of times what comes first is the mindset because they often have fear around even looking at their numbers, let alone like trying to understand them and make decisions with them.

And so what made you like, what kind of brought you or inspired you to not just focus on financial strategy,

but also this like money mindset. I have been working as a CFO for 20 some years and working

with small businesses. And I would see the mindset in my clients and basically hold them back from making decisions sometimes, right?

They would just, there would be fear, there would be all these things going on.

And at that time, I was doing a done for you accounting agency model.

And I just was like, I need to change this.

I need to change really, really when you see people take off with their businesses, it's when they redo the mindset, right?
