In this episode, we're diving deep into the incredible power of gratitude and how it can completely shift your perspective to help you manifest a brighter future.

How do you make a shift? How do you gain the perspective needed to become the best version of yourself? I'm about to walk you through an exercise that I find incredibly transformative.

I call it future meditation. It starts with closing your eyes and letting your imagination run. Think about a moment in the future that excites you. It could be winning an award, landing your dream job, or achieving a fitness goal—whatever inspires you.

Next, start expressing gratitude for that moment as if it's already happened. Create a vivid mental scene, make it as real as possible, and let gratitude flow. Here's an example: imagine facing a tough situation, and someone sympathizes with you. In response, you say something like, "It's okay because I'm rich. I'm in fantastic shape. I have the car, the family, and everything I desire. But most importantly, I have my mind."

You see, it's not just about material possessions; it's about recognizing your true essence and power within. You are more than your physical self; you're the observer and creator of your reality. Nothing can stop you when you truly connect with this energy within you.

We often focus on external things like cars, money, and success. It's great to love and appreciate them, but the most crucial thing to be grateful for is your connection to your inner self, your energetic spirit. That's where your true power lies.

You've heard that what you put out into the world, you receive in return. But there's a deeper layer to this concept. It's not a simple exchange of energy. It's about becoming better at perceiving because your perception is your reception.

So, instead of expecting a one-to-one return for your actions, focus on understanding, loving, and feeling what you're putting into the world. When you do this, your ability to perceive it in the world expands. Even when surrounded by negativity, you'll start noticing the positive aspects more.

Imagine a life where you don't need external events to feel good because you can perceive the good in any situation. That's true power.

The most important thing to be grateful for is your inner self, your energetic essence. Love it above all else because it's your connection to the universe. Then, when you want to expand and create a more positive world, focus on giving without expecting an immediate return. By deeply understanding and loving what you put into the world, you'll expand your ability to perceive it.

It's time to level up your mindset, take control of your thoughts, and show genuine love for what you are. You have the power to put positivity into the world and increase your ability to receive it. That's how you rise up and become the motivation for positive change.

visualize yourself doing something in that frequency and once you exhale anything that no longer

resonates with you will leave you and you'll be in a more positive state so let's go and take a deep breath in.

This one's about alignment, about getting ourselves in receiving mode so we can receive the message that we need to hear to get us in that positive state.

So just imagine that you are surrounded by the most healing, uplifting energy that's meant specifically for you. It could have a certain color, a certain taste, a certain smell, however you imagine it. And when you breathe it in, it's going to charge you up, it's going to break down the negativity, the blocks, the weight, everything that just could be holding you back, and once you exhale, anything that no longer resonates with you will leave you and you'll be in a more positive state.
