Summary

How do you create change that lasts?

The average person has around 60,000 thoughts every day. The problem is up to 95% of those thoughts are the same ones you’ve already had. If you want different results, you need a new behavior. And to get a new behavior, you have start by developing new capacities, capabilities, and beliefs.

This topic is one I get questioned about a lot in our Kwik Brain Universe, and I’m excited to break down the core components that go into generating change that lasts a lifetime.

Change is hard. And it can be difficult to get out of your own way. But you can take the first step by shifting your perspective, your surroundings, and the things you’re exposed to.
