Are you living the best of who you feel like you are right now?

And if you're not, that's not a place for you to feel sad or upset about necessarily,

it's just to acknowledge it and to accept it and then take some personal accountability and say,

okay, what would I have to do, what thinking patterns or new behaviors would I have to start,

to start tapping into the best of who I am again?

Because when people often say they've lost focus or enthusiasm or vibrancy, what they're really saying,

is I don't feel like me anymore. I don't know why. And sometimes it's just because they haven't

been focusing on themselves. Not in a narcissistic way, but really focusing on themselves

to ask that question, like, who do I want to be each day?
