take the energy that I have available to me and go aggressively into real estate and do 300 plus

flips by 200 doors plus a commercial multifamily. And those are just like the real estate stats that I think people want to hear.

But I'm also going to hit my 18th year of marriage this year, which is probably my most

favorite stat.
