I feel like for me video podcasts are kind of just easier for me to promote. So when it comes to audio, you guys prefer them, but it's harder for me to promote it on social media but anyways enough of that I want to get into today's episode because I have a lot of great tips for today's

0:57.7	I have been kind of feeling super motivated recently and kind of just feeling very busy.
