podcasts over the holidays.

Many people take the quiet time around the holidays and we recommend you do too to think

about the coming year and set personal and professional goals.

So to support you in those activities, we are re-releasing three podcasts about goals

and goal setting.

In this Manager Tools podcast, in the next Career Tools podcast later this week, and the

third in our Manager Tools podcast next Monday.

This week in particular, you'll hear from our founders Mark Horstman and Mike Ozen.

And they will be talking about how to set annual goals.

This was originally a three-part podcast that's been compressed into one podcast to save you

the time and effort involved in listening to all three parts while still providing you
