Man, I love membership websites and I love selling websites.

My wife, Jaws and I, one of our first memberships was called Elementary Librarian.com.

And we sold that website on a seven-figure contract back in 2017. And the guy that helped me do it,

helped me and Jocelyn sell that website is my guest today. His name is Jason Yellowitz. I will never

forget that experience because one, it was smooth as anything, man. It was amazing because it was

just like, you knew what you were doing. And we just followed you because we had no clue what we were doing.

But I remember the people we talked to, man, we talked to, there's all these crazy

stories and so many different people of like coming in and out of these people buying these

sites.

And I was just dumbfounded that this whole other world existed of these people just scooping up

these businesses like from all over the world. Yeah, you're not the only one. I mean, you know,

when I went from being an entrepreneur to being a broker, my first thought was I don't want to

share my information with anyone. All they're going to do is steal what I'm doing. There's no one out

there buying this. I was wrong. There are, I mean, our list of buyers is tens of thousands of people.
