0:44.9	I am Karen and I am a floral designer and a floral educator from Charlotte, North Carolina.
0:52.6	And so back in 2020, when weddings and events really were not happening, our whole industry

1:00.3	I pivoted and innovated and successfully launched an online intro to floral design course.
1:09.6	And I love it.
1:11.0	I really have enjoyed working with those students.
1:15.0	But now that we are back to normal, I'm going to use that in air quotes.
1:20.6	I really would love to up that side of my business.
1:24.7	But the catch is that designing for weddings and events is our golden egg, but I would like
1:30.8	to be home with my two little girls and my husband more on the weekend.
1:34.6	So trying to find the balance between the two, but that's not actually my question.
