I really spent a lot of time on the partnership discussion

for one reason.

I'm going to be discussing how-to,

we are going to be discussing how to select your partner in real estate. And more importantly,

it's not just about selecting your partner. It's selecting the right partner that you can grow with.

Now, one of the very first things that we discuss and we talk about in the Jake and Geno community, and we're starting to partner up, I think even when you're making any decision in life,

to me, it comes down to what my mentor taught me.

It's called values-based decision-making. Every time you make a decision,

it needs to be based upon your values. I just launched a book about a month ago. It's called

itself, we're going to have a circle around it. Now, encapsulating the entire tree,

I have the word values around it. The roots themselves, I have the word family. Those roots denote

family. The trunk of the tree has got money all the way up to the branches. And on the branches,
