It's recession-proof real estate investing. So Jay was an accomplished house flipper who wanted to

break into the multifamily space. And so he went to ask Ashley for advice and to be his mentor. So

Ashley served as Jay's mentor. And then they ended up partnering on her syndication fund for multifamily units, bar down investments.
