We believe that you were created to fill a unique role in your work, you are needed,

you must do it.

There is intentionality to you and there is tremendous value that you have and you must

give it.

In other words, there are people out there in this world that need you to show up in

the workplace and be the best version of you because you have a gift that you need

them give to them and everybody longs to make a difference in this world.

So we're looking at work totally different than most people will look at work, at least

most people who don't come in contact with our show here because you don't work to live.

You should live to work.
