This week I'm joined by Lou Huff, Astrid Carter and Charlotte Collins and it's the first

podcast of 2018. I'm feeling a bit hoarse, but I think we're all feeling a bit more awake. I think we need to confess that we

tried to record this podcast two days ago and it didn't quite go to Japan.

It was quite quite so awake as we are now. It was quite a brutal start for the year, wasn't it?

Coming back on a Tuesday, like 24 hours after the new year has started,

it was really tough.

I think I felt like I've been in hibernation for a couple of days.

I've really spoken to anyone and had proper conversations and then suddenly being on a podcast.

It's like when you come back from school and you like forget how to write your day.

Yeah, I'm like, yeah, too too. I'm sitting. You've been out of time.

Yeah, totally.

I'm like, oh, this feels a bit weird.

And you forget like how long things take you normally.

Like I was trying to just like map out or work day and it's so confusing.

I feel like I'm back in the swing of it today. I do feel like everyone as a

business though needs to kind of gather and regroup and have a bit of a brain saw. I feel like

we made so many plans at the end of last year and now we've sort of forgotten them all. We need sort of a

big checklist and everything we discuss doesn't split through the net. Anyway I

definitely feel a bit more awake and ready to go. But how's everyone's Christmas, Lou, Po-Mona, congratulations?

Thank you. Mine was really mixed actually. I went back home to Bristol for a couple of days and saw my
