That cruising sober thing immediately caught my ear.

What is that about?

Well, it's actually a really incredibly interesting topic.

So one of our listeners, Jim, reached out to me by email a while ago and said, hey, you know, my wife and I were huge cruisers for years, but then I became sober in 2018. And since then, he's been nervous to cruise. He doesn't know if he'd have fun. He doesn't know if he'd be dodging bullets the whole time, he said. And he said, you know, I know a lot of people don't drink on cruises, but I think there's a

difference between non-drinkers and recovering alcoholics, people who are sober. And he wanted to know

if I could collect info from cruisers in recovery for tips and tricks or just confidence that he and

his wife could get back on a ship. So we did just that for Jim. And we're going to talk about it today, which is cool.

So we're going to do that in a few minutes. We are also going to be answering questions from our

masterclass students who shared some excellent advice and some excellent questions. So it's going to be

a good one. And Steve asked this week, what are some tips that we have for traveling to and

spending time in and navigating an overseas city, which is so cool. So Mr. Cruise Tips TV, it's been a quieter week of cruise news. You know, all the cruise lines have pretty much made their big announcements.

Cruising is so much more back to normal now. We've got vaccine and testing

requirements waived by almost all the major lines. And I feel like the news is just kind of

drifted back to the way that it was before the pandemic. We're talking about new ships and

all those other things, new dining venues and all the stuff that we used to. It's kind of,
