First on deck, we have a question about hand washing from Maria in Texas. Hey, Conjee, my name is Maria,

and I'm 40 years old. I'm calling from Texas.

I've been listening to your podcast for a few years now. I recently moved in with my fiance.

And he did not wash his hand with the arms dopey water for 20 seconds.

His idea of washing his hands is the general rinse with whatever water comes out of the faucet at this time for probably about five seconds.

And as you might be able to tell, it kind of led to this heated discussion.

I'm in trying to get him to really pay attention to the things that he touches

after he handles bra meat and things like that and have him wash his hands a little bit better,

but he shows that it's not really not sure. He's just wanting to pick your brain on that. I hope
