Ladies today I have with me Rachel and Rebecca

and we are gonna have a conversation

that I think is gonna be super practical and helpful for you.

We're going to talk about tactics that abusers typically use, emotional abusers typically use, to wreak on their abuse targets lives.

We're going to talk about specific tactics and we're going to talk about ways that you can at practical ways that you can

actually handle some of these tactics so that that leaves you in a place of

feeling like you have some autonomy and power.

Because so often they apply these tactics in our lives,

and we are just decimated by them.

And we want to start figuring out ways

we can set boundaries and feel strong,

even when these guys are spinning their little in their little

tornado worlds and applying tactics to us. Okay we don't want to get involved in

their little tornadoes anymore. We want to get out of the tornado and kind of

watch them from a third party perspective just spinning around and let them spin but we want to be able to walk away and feel pretty good about our response. Okay? So what we're gonna do is, first of all, I want to recommend a book.
