interesting article that didn't get tons of attention, but probably deserved it. It was entitled

the Pope Emeritus Puzzle. Will Pope Francis rewrite the rules of resignation? Here with me to discuss the article today and some really of the finer points it raises

Well, thank God also.

But I will tell you this, man.

I mean, as a matter of first impression,

this article is strange. And I don't, I don't think it reduces merely to the style in which it's

written. There's some, even in the first six or seven paragraphs, short paragraphs of the

article, there are some points

that jump off the page. I don't know, what was your first impression of this thing? Make the big

case for us. So the article by Galeeducci, I guess that's how you say his name. He's a Vaticanista.

And he basically presents it in terms of, well,

Pope Francis has this idea about what it is to be a pope. And Pope Benedict has a different

idea about what it is to be a pope. I thought there was only one idea, the Catholic idea, of what a Pope is.

Am I wrong here, Tim?

No, you're not.

And this is the thing, man.

It throws cold water on all of us who have been doing apologetics in one level or another for the past 10, 20 years or 2000.
