But I don't think I'm sick. I actually think that when your body is healing from something that

all everything is pushing towards healing that area and your other stuff can like go to hell.

Yeah. I mean, everything else just totally went downhill. Oh it's the worst. And coupled with like a liquid diet it was not.

podcast to do, whatever. And Lizzy and I went out and hung out after we were done with the

podcast. And it was so nice nice I'll tell you spending special

time with a special friend can really fill you up and I had two hours with her and it I

I felt like we shared so much and we're so,

she's such a great friend and we're so honest with each other

and there's no judgment and it's just really all beautiful and fun and real and I loved it. It was amazing so I went to

bed feeling great but before I went to bed Terry came home from his business dinner and
